Application Criteria

Here is our screening criteria to be approved with no conditions, with a 1 month Security Deposit.

Criteria for all tenants:

1. Credit score over 650 (per resident)
2. Verifiable Income of at least 3 times the rent/monthly (per resident)
3. Positive Rental History for the past 3 years (per resident)
4. No previous evictions in the past 7 years (per resident)
5. No debts owed previous landlords (per resident)

If you are outside these guidelines we can possibly still do a Lease with additional Security Deposit, based on the Landlords discretion.
