Application Criteria
Here is our screening criteria to be approved with no conditions, with a 1 month Security Deposit.
For nonrelated applicants:
- Credit score over 600 (per resident)
- Verifiable Income of at least 3 times the rent/monthly (per resident)
- Positive Rental History for the past 3 years (per resident)
- No previous evictions in the past 7 years (per resident)
- No debts owed previous landlords (per resident)
For related applicants or single applicants:
- Credit score over 650 (average per household)
- Verifiable income of least 3 times the rent/monthly (per household)
- Positive Rental History for the past 3 years (per resident)
- No previous evictions in the past 7 years (per resident)
If you are outside these guidelines we can possibly still do a Lease with additional Security Deposit, based on the Landlords discretion.
