With over 18 years experience in Mortgages, Real Estate and Residential Property Management, Rachell Runion formed TruHaven Homes in 2010.
"I wanted to create a company that understood the individual homeowner and one that could provide them with a friendly, professional and effective Real Estate Experience. I believe that to have a successful business you have to cultivate both client and employee/contractor relationships. You have to have clients that know you will have their best interests in mind always, and have a staff that is empowered and appreciated. I leave the minimum to the other guys, the extra mile is my focus. I still believe that to have a real impact in Real Estate, you have to remember that it is all about people. Meet Brandy! Brandy has over 15 years in customer service and construction-related services. She has been with us since 2013. Brandy is fierce! She works directly with the vendors that service our properties. She handles the vendor relationships, reviews estimates, inputs and oversees maintenance requests and turnkey work.
