Rachell is the Managing Broker, President and Founder of TruHaven Homes, Inc. and TruHaven Homes, LLC. Rachell has been in Residential Property Management since 2005 and has been in this long enough to have seen it all, and long enough to know you can never see it all! She saw a real opportunity to serve our "accidental landlords" during the real estate market crash, creating a niche market that has become TruHaven Homes. Her open door and transparent style of team management, as well as her result driven client advisement, are her trademarks in this industry. She is a loyal and logical person with over 15 years in property management, standing on the front lines for her clients and her employees alike.

Meet Christen! Christen has been with us since 2012 and is our Senior Level BookKeeper. She is concise and organized. She handles our account reconciliations, owner statement reviews and is our bookkeeping software liaison. She is the key to ensuring that your statements are accurate and timely!

Meet Travis! Travis is our eyes and ears in the office and in the field. Travis works directly with the entire team by manning the phones, processing onboarding with new clients and properties, conducting quality assurance processes and property condition reports. Travis started with us in January of 2020. He spent his last 18 years with his last employer. He wanted a job where the employees worked together like a family and where he felt like he was really part of something meaningful. His incredible eye for detail, his quick wit and willingness to jump in and help every time are what makes him so effective, and fun in this role!
