She managed our house in Evanston (we lived in AZ for two years and in France for one) without any snags. She also made numerous recommendations on how to prepare our house for rental and sale, and we wound up doing all of them. It worked beautifully - the house rented in 9 days for more than we expected and, 2.5 years later, it sold within 24 hours for the original listing price! Her descriptions of the house on both the rental and sales listing were accurate and highlighted its benefits without overselling.
