"I wanted to create a company that understood the individual home owner and one that could provide them with a friendly, professional and effective Real Estate Experience. I believe that to have a successful business you have to cultivate both client and employee/contractor relationships. You have to have clients that know you will have their best interests in mind always, and have a staff that is empowered and appreciated. I leave the minimum to the other guys, the extra mile is my focus. I still believe that to have a real impact in Real Estate, you have to remember that it is all about people. We provide a real service, that we can all trust in and be proud of."
